Having had a really nasty problem with Rats I eventually asked ERD to come and find out why we were continually having a problem. They came immediately and sorted it out. And I haven’t seen a rat since. They come regularly now , always phone first and are absolutely charming, never intrusive and very polite. I could not recommend ERD more highly. Thank you.”

Jason came and investigated a rodent problem we had in out loft space. Loud scratching noises where keeping us awake at night. After investigation they found rats had gained access. Measures where taken to sort out the problem and all is now good. Would highly recommend this company for all pest problems you may have in Bedford.”

After using thoses big companies and being ripped of for many years, I finally took the advice of a friend and went to this local company. Boy am I glad that I did. ERD was so friendly and helpful, they just couldn't do enough to help, as I'm petrified of these bugs, and living on my own I just didn't know what to do. So Thanks to Terry who came around and sorted my problem. He was a great guy and also gave me loads of advice how to keep these bugs away, which is something thoses big companies don't tell you.
